Train the Trainer Online

We desire to see movements of the Gospel in the cities of Europe not just grow, but multiply. For that to happen, the cities of Europe need people who can train new church planters in their own context and in their own language. Just think, what would it mean for a movement of the Gospel in Europe if every key city had trainers like that? In short, it’d lead to church planting multiplication.

That’s why we’ve created the Train the Trainer Online program: to equip new trainers of church planters. Previously, Train the Trainer had only been available as an in-person week-long training. The problem was, if you couldn’t travel that week, you were out of luck until another one could be held—usually at least a year later.

By creating an online version of Train the Trainer, we’ve made it much more accessible and flexible to help you get started running City to City training in your city.

Contents
The contents of the 6 modules include: 

• Understanding the difference between lecturing and training

• How to design a lesson

• The importance of relationships in learning

• How to contextualize your training for your city

• How to facilitate Gospel renewal during a training session

• Practical facilitation skills 

• And a lot more

Time Requirements
The course consists of: 

• Six two-hour online sessions, facilitated by an experienced CTCE trainer

• An hour of pre-session videos and readings per module

• An hour of practical projects after each session to help you practice new skills

• Total of 4 hours per module

• Module sessions will be held once every 2 weeks
